The Claim Manager permits user to manage the outstanding claims. It summarizes in one location all of the information on a claim. Users can search for a claim or group of claims based on different search criteria and use the grid to further sort and analyze the claims submitted.
The Claim Manager allows a user to quickly locate a claim and view it's current status. The Claim Record (Open Claim) is provided in a pop up windows for easy review of the items which may affect the resolution of the claim.
The Claim Info drop down allows user to view a summary of the claim and track its progress for payment
