The Lab Order Reason setting screen works in conjunction with the Lab Order Type setting in that if a Lab Order is being Re-done or sent for warranty work a user can identify the reason for re-doing the lab order.
This also permits users to track such items as how many Lab Orders have a particular reason for being re-done. The user can customize the list to best meet their needs.
