The Ocular / Eye list is used in the EMR Review of Systems. It can be modified to reflect the needs of the practice. The ordering number is used to display the list of items in the order defined by the user. To change the order re-number the items in the sequential order desired.
The Statuses tab allows the user to define the status setting to be used for the section as well as set the default status value.
