The EMR Refraction screen allows providers to enter the preliminary refraction findings and also review past refraction.  The refraction screen is divided into 3 sections; Previous Glasses /Ophalmic Lenses Rx, Objective Refractions, and Subjective Refractions.  Data can be entered in two modes "Summary" and "Detailed".  To use the Summary mode users enter the data directly into the grids.  To use the Detail mode users can select the New Objective Refraction or New Subjective Refraction buttons for added detail.
