To locate a claim in Filopto :
Option 1 Open the Patient file and go to the Insurance tab Claim History button to view all claims related to a patient.
Option 2 Open the Claim Manager located in the Back Office tab. The Insurance Claims Manger allows the user to search the system for a claim based on specific search criteria.
