How to Find the count of inventory On-Hand

Reports are available that provide the current count of inventory items on-hand (see Report Manager).  The other method is to use the Filopto Data Grid to get the same information.

 

Filopto makes it easy to find in real time what inventory items you have on hand for a specific Inventory type.

 

Go to the Inventory Manager:

 

         

Select the Inventory type you want to displayed (1).  Click on the “Apply Search Criteria ” button.

 

Once the inventory type is displayed, go to the Qty on Hand column header (2)  and select the option for “is greater than ” and enter the value “0”.  By pressing the enter key it will display all items that have a value greater than “0”.

 

         

You may select other options such as; equal, less than or greater than or equal and more. This same procedure can be used on most column headers to filter the information to your needs.

 

Once the information is displayed you can select the Print List (3) button to get a paper copy.
