Filopto features are accessible to users having the appropriate access licenses installed on their Filopto server. By default Filopto permits an unlimited number of non-emr users to use Filopto. Individual licenses are however required for the following items:
▪Individual Servers (single, duo or unlimited offices)
▪Individual devices wanting to run Filopto, such as Workstations, PCs, laptop, tablets.
▪Individual Remote Desktop access
▪Individual EMR access for Providers
▪Individual EMR access for EMR assistant
▪T.I.M. license sold on a single Office Basis
▪Access for Paperfree sold on a single Office Basis
▪Access to Task Manager sold on a single Office Basis
▪Access to Message Manager sold on a single Office Basis
▪Access to Advanced Employee Manager sold on a single Office Basis
▪Access to Picture Me! sold on a single Office Basis
▪E-Mail Manager sold on a single Office Basis
▪Insurance Connector sold on a single Office Basis
▪EMR Diagnostic Equipment sold on a single per Device Basis
▪QuickBook Connector on a per company basis
