The Appointment Info section is located in the Scheduler screen contains the following:
Marketing Tool
This can be a valuable marketing tool to recall the patients that have canceled their appointments. There is a Report available which lists all appointments that have a canceled status. (See Report Manager)
Important:
Never re-use an appointment that should be cancelled, for another patient. Changing the name of the patient on a appointment record will corrupt the exam for that patient EMR. Changing the name of the patient does not link the correct patient to the appointment. Always cancel the appointment and re-create a new appointment.
