At invoice time, if a Patient has multiple insurance policies recorded in his patient file, the user can choose from the displayed policy drop down list which policy to use for insurance purposes. The user can change the policy as long as no claim has been generated with the selected policy.
Removing incorrect Insurance Policy
Users can remove an insurance policy selection by using the Minus (1) button beside the incorrect selection. Only insurance companies without claims created can be removed.
